A top-load drive plane makes population and replacement predictable at scale. Front-serviced power, fans, and expanders keep hot-aisle work off the cold aisle.
Two independent expander cards feed every drive. A failed expander path is not a failed chassis.
Optional gateway module exposes the chassis as an NVMe-over-Fabrics target for warm-tier workloads that outgrew object storage.
Certified 40°C intake fully loaded with 24 TB drives — including the failed-fan derating case documented in the ops bible.
