Factory-integrated, site-commissioned

Every DC-C40 is fully populated at our Dubai integration yard: racks, servers, storage, networking, PDUs, sensors, in-container cooling, and the DCIM plane. It ships as a single logistics unit and is commissioned with a utility tie-in and a chilled-water loop.

Five-layer vertical integration

Servers, racks, container, DCIM and services — all T18. One BOM, one signed-firmware manifest, one regional SLA. No integration seams between the vendors that would normally deliver each layer separately.

Air-cooled or liquid-cooled

The C40 supports both traditional air cooling for enterprise workloads and direct-to-chip liquid cooling for AI/HPC. Same chassis, different manifold — configured to your workload before the container ships.

Deployable across GCC climates

Certified for 50°C ambient outdoor operation with derating curves documented. Dust filtration, sand ingress mitigation, and desert-grade coatings on external panels.
